Our company has developed a highly active composite powder, which has high sintering shrinkage performance. It is often used in the production of heat sink materials with large melting point difference, such as mixed powder of tungsten copper and molybdenum copper metal powders for press forming, injection molding and other production processes. Unlike traditional powders, our composite powder is closely bonded at the molecular level in the compound stage. After processing, the powder of spherical oxides of two-phase metals is obtained. After reduction, the spherical structure is broken, forming irregular powders with particle size of 0.8-1.3μm. Taking W80-Cu20 as an example, when using this powder to prepare billets by direct compression molding, compared with the traditional process, it does not require pre-sintering and infiltration. After compression molding, it can be directly sintered in the chain furnace to achieve one-step de-binding and sintering, and the sintered density can reach more than 99.5%. It has great advantages in energy saving, time saving and improving production efficiency. Our company can customize different components and different ratios of W-Cu, Mo-Cu and other multi-metal composite powders according to customer needs.
